Client: Real Estate Client
2 MINUTE READ
Overview
Although our portfolio contains mostly international clients, this time there is also one web application built for the client in Serbia. Namely, the online real estate platform Nadjinekretnine.com is a portal where a customer can find a diverse offer of real estate facilities to rent, sell or buy. Basically, the offer ranges from living and business buildings, warehouses, agricultural land, you name it. Also, there is a possibility for a website visitor to take a 3-D tour through the facilities.
Goal
For starters, the goal of this project was to build a modern and easy to customize platform. Furthermore, it was supposed to set standards on the market of real estate web platforms in our country. Besides, it needed to have the easy and intuitive navigation, so the client could reach the larger number of users.
Team
With that in mind, there were two software developers who worked on this project.
Technologies
Next, there was a question of the tech stack which the developers will use. In the end, they decided to use PHP/Zend, and MySql for this project.
Solutions
Alongside with the overall website architecture, we implemented the service First Buyer. In general, its idea is to inform the interested party about new offers on the portal.
Results
In conclusion, by implementing strategically well planned solutions, our developers managed to deliver the project on time.
With the implementation of the above mentioned solutions and with the advantage of the filters and quick links, the number of website users has grown in time.
